NEW PATIENTS
New patients: how to get started.
I offer a brief conversation to learn what you are looking for, answer initial questions, and explore whether my practice may be a good fit.
The introduction is separate from a paid psychiatric evaluation or treatment appointment.
FROM REQUEST TO YOUR DECISION
Know what
happens next.
01
Request an introduction.
Send a brief Contact request with a way to reach you. After reviewing it, the practice can contact you about next steps and possible introductory scheduling. A time is confirmed separately.
02
Talk by phone or video.
During the free 15-minute introduction, we can discuss your concerns, the care you are seeking, and questions about fit. It is not a psychiatric evaluation or treatment visit.
03
Decide whether to proceed.
If an evaluation appears appropriate, we discuss its scope, fee, and scheduling before you choose paid care. You can ask questions before making that decision.

CARE WITH DR. DEBIEC
Is this practice a good fit?
I personally provide psychiatric evaluation, psychotherapy, and psychiatric treatment. Longer evaluation appointments and individualized follow-up make room for your history, needs, and priorities.
Depending on your needs, care may include psychotherapy, appropriate medication decisions, practical skills, and lifestyle considerations. When appropriate and authorized, I can coordinate with existing treating professionals.
You work directly with me as your physician. When clinically indicated, communication between visits can be part of care. We agree on communication channels, response expectations, and boundaries individually. The practice does not provide emergency care.
Before you reach out
The practice focuses on children, teens, college students, and young adults. Adults and older adults are also welcome to inquire; we discuss your needs and fit individually.
In-person visits are in Ann Arbor. Ask about telehealth eligibility for your location at each visit. Availability and suitability are confirmed before scheduling.
Telehealth psychiatry is offered across Michigan when appropriate. Use the Contact form to ask about a phone or video introduction and discuss your preferred visit format. We confirm location, suitability, and arrangements before scheduling; submitting the form does not book a visit.
This is an outpatient practice and does not provide emergency care or intensive monitoring. Review fees and the scope of care before deciding whether to proceed.
BEFORE YOU REACH OUT
A brief request.
A clear next step.
Keep your online inquiry brief. Please do not include detailed medical or psychiatric records in the public consultation form.
This practice is not an emergency service. Do not use the consultation form for urgent concerns.
Free 15-minute introduction by phone or video. Not an evaluation or treatment appointment. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
Private-pay, out-of-network care. Review fees before choosing paid care.
A brief description of what you are looking for, your main questions, and any existing treating professionals can help guide the conversation. We can discuss fit, the evaluation process, and practical next steps. Please keep detailed clinical records out of the public consultation form; appropriate ways to share information can be clarified later.
